“Vironika is a fantastic guest. She is funny, honest, and absolutely on fire with her message. She shares openly, with just the right combination of vulnerability and expert knowledge, and comes across beautifully on the air. I highly recommend Vironika as a guest!”

Please use the following bio for online content:
Vironika Wilde is a Toronto-based, Ukrainian-born, Russian-indigenous poet, spoken word artist, activist, writing coach, and award-winning author of Love and Gaslight. Readers call her raw, honest, and willing to spill tough truths about trauma, society, and the human condition. Vironika recently performed at the Toronto International Storytelling Festival, won third place in Room Magazine’s poetry contest, and received the Ontario Arts Council Literary Grant for her upcoming poetry collection, “Step-Mother Tongue.” Her words have appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, Forbes, Bustle, Psych Central, Insight Timer app, Poetry Pause, Book Riot, and poets.ca. When Vironika isn’t writing, she loves getting lost, looking at the stars, dancing, and eating pickles (sometimes, all at once). You’re welcome to follow her on Instagram (@vironikawilde) and check out her books, writing course, and coaching info on her website.
